De-grapes, slightly crushed in a vertical press, the resulting must decanted into stainless steel vats for 24 hours at 10°C.
Fresh and vibrant wine, with a golden straw color, and a fantastic concentration of fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great balance and subtlety, and a very long finish, balanced with an impressive touch of acidity.

12 months in used French oak barrels, with Battonage and another 12 months in stainless steel before bottling.
