The best grapes of Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested at the ideal time of maturation, stalked and crushed, and then macerated at 10ºC. After the pressing of the wine masses, the wort was clarified and fermented in barrels vinced with French oak.
Citrine yellow color. A very complex aroma, with mineral notes, vegetables, citrus and dried flowers. The subtle wood notes are seamlessly integrated. It has great taste freshness, is bulky and very persistent.
