The vinification was made in stainless steel vats with batonnage.
Intense bright yellow color. Rich aromas of ripe fruit, almost tropical, moderated by the balsamic notes of mint and stew and an intriguing smoked. In the mouth is full, very fresh, intense and persistent.

Seafood, fish stew or an Asian curry. It accompanies well cooked fish.
