Vinifikation
It was fermented in stainless steel vats, the temperature controlled at around 16 º C. The "tiragem" for the bottles where the second fermentation occurred, according to the classic method or "champagne".
Tasting-Notes
Its volume contrasts pleasantly with the lively and refreshing acidity and the fine, persistent and well integrated bubble, all contribute to the superior quality it presents.
