Selective selection of the grapes that are stripped and subjected to a short skin maceration and the short and slight pressing. The obtained musts were subjected to a settling process for 48 hours, with fermentation occurring for 15 days.
Color citrus straw. Floral aromas, tropical flavors associated with soft aromas and notes of wood. Acidity alive, intense freshness and slight, pleasant complexity, being the evident minerality consequence of Terroir.
More elaborate fish meals, salmon and sweaty lobster are recommended in the accompaniment of this Wine.
