Vinifikation
The grapes are stripped and subjected to skin maceration and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, and the musts of the final grips are diverted. The decantation of the musts is carried out for 48 h.
Tasting-Notes
It is a delicate and fresh wine, with a crystalline aspect, citrus straw color, with aroma enhancement for floral and fruity perfumes, intense and distinct.
