The grapes are harvested by hand, and subjected to a meticulous vinification process, through skin maceration, careful fermentation, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures, and to continue in French oak barrels in a controlled environment.
Rich aroma of minerality, records of white and citrus fruits, a wine full, excellent crunchy acidity, wrapped in the characteristic complexity that Is given by the caste and by the terroir.
Roasted fish, but also some meats with some fat. House also wonderfully with cheeses, mainly with the most intense ones like S. Jorge or blue cheeses, among others.
