Vinifikation

The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank with temperature control of about 16ºC for 3 weeks.

Tasting-Notes

Clear and transparent color, aroma of tropical fruits, especially lemonade notes. In the mouth it is citric, smooth texture, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish.
