The grapes have undergone a slight maceration in gland resulting in a brilliant wine that has undergone decanting to -4 º C for 48 hours. The Fermentation took place at 15 C for 3 weeks

Tasting-Notes

Citrus colored bright green. Aroma complex crystallized fruit with a slight hint buttery, mouth is a very cool wine bond and mineral.
