Soft pressing, the must was clarified and the fermentation was initiated at 16ºC. a low percentage of the lot (10%) was fermentated in new American oak casks. The wine was batched, stablised and filtered before being bottled

Exuberant aroma, harmonious tropical notes of pineapple, blood orange and guava; herbal notes of asparagus and mowed lawn. Structured flavour revealing a distinct touch of complexity and good level of minerals
