Vinifikation

The sparkling wine is prepared using the Classic Methods, with a second fermentation in the bottle. After the base wine is prepared, neat liquor is added; then the wine is bottled. The second fermentation takes place in the cellar at 12 ºC

Tasting-Notes

Fine and regular bubbles. Very complex aroma, reveals notes of peaches in syrup, and fresh nuances of strawberry jam, involved by a resinous character. Full of mousse and flavour, with well-balanced acidity that gives it a very long finish.

Verbrauch

Must be consumed fresh as well, at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
