Vinifikation

The grape must was decanted at cold temperature (10ºC) during 48 hours. It was then separated from the lees, inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented in French oak barrels with controlled temperature

Tasting-Notes

Yellow crystal-clear wine with golden hints, complex aroma and elegant notes of white pulp fruit well combined with a hint of toast derived from the fermentation in barrel. Rich fruit flavor with good volume and excellent acidity
