Bunches sorted by conveyor, pressing by pneumatic press at 2ºC with andwithout stems. Alcoholic fermentation and aging at low temperatures remaining on the lees with slight battonage for 3 months.
Tasting-Notes
Many notes of stone fruit, light white pepper and green apple, very balanced, which allows feeling the influence of each one of the four varieties. It has the potential of aging in bottle due to its great freshness and balance.
