Vinifikation

The grapes harvested in 20 kg boxes were gently crushed and the juice immediately pumped into fermentation tanks, stainless steel, where the fermentation took place.

Tasting-Notes

Citrus color green. Aroma of citrus and vegetal notes, reminiscent of blackcurrant buds, characteristic of caste main Gouveio. The palate is full, round and fresh, with good volume and "mousse" soft.
