Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg, destemming 100%, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled at 14ºC for 10 days. Stage always in stainless steel tanks, with the fine lees batonage weekly

Yellow citrine color. Fruity citrus aroma, ends with good mineral notes. The palate is fruity and large, silky, with balanced acidity giving a final simple but prolonged
