Vinifikation

The grapes are carefully vinified by the low pressure pressing method. The wort is then clarified following alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures.

Tasting-Notes

Its cherry colour suggests this is a very fruity rosé Vinho Verde, marked by fresh hints of strawberry, cherry and fruits of the fores

Verbrauch

Must be consumed fresh as well, at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany hors d’oeuvres such as garlic prawns, Italian dishes, such as Bolognese or carpaccio, and grilled fish.
