The grapes from vineyards selected by WV - Quinta da Romeira in Viticultural Region Lisbon, were stripped, suffered slight crushing to ferment in stainless steel vats and a small part in French oak barrels.
Intense ruby color, aromas in a perfect harmony between the soft notes of wood, the aromas of chocolate and red fruits. Reveals the taste characteristics, balanced, between its elegant structure and its acidity.
Goes well with red meat, pasta, cheese or just good conversation.
