Vinifikation

Tinta Miúda grapes were left on the vine until October after which time they were harvested. The interruption of fermentation, due to the cold, results in a sweet wine. Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels

Ruby colour. Distinctive wine with floral and red berry jelly aromas with a subtle hint of vanilla. Volume and structure balanced by the natural sweetness and acidity. Creamy wine with mint notes. Pleasant, long and fresh
