Vinifikation

Maceration for 2 days at 5°C. Alcoholic fermentation and aging at low temperatures and separately.

Tasting-Notes

Lush and intense, with notes of cherry, light mint and flowers. In the tasting, we feel the same varietal intensity, being more present with notes of fresh red fruit with mineral notes.
