Vinifikation

Bunches sorted by conveyor. Cold maceration for 3 days at 8°C. Fermentation in wine press and aging during 16 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting-Notes

Light notes of eucalyptus, assorted peppers, floral and intense notes of cherry. Full and elegant in tasting. High density of fine tannins balanced with mineral acidity, meaty and slightly vegetal.
