Manual harvesting. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 26 / 27ºC.

Tasting-Notes

It is a garnet colored wine, which presents good aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and some spice. In the mouth it presents with good volume and tannins presents well mature, shows good complexity and ends with a long finish.
