Vinifikation

The grapes were completely destemed and slightly crushed. After this the must was transferred to the stone tanks (lagares) were the grapes were foot trodden and fermented for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats

Tasting-Notes

Quinta da Pacheca Touriga Nacional 2011 has a very concentrated flavour with balsamic oak notes, red fruit and bergamont aroma. Deep on the palate, round with silky tannins with a long and fresh finish
