Careful selection of grapes grown on a single portion of Quinta do Valdoeiro. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless at controlled temperature, followed by the filling of new french and american oak barrels where the degradation of the malic acid took place
Tasting-Notes
Deep violet colour. Nose to fruits, spices and chocolate, involved by hints of french oak toast of the barrel cooperage. Full-bodied and smooth tannins with a fresh and powerful middle palate. Very long aftertaste.
