Vinifikation

The grapes were picked manually for boxes of 18 kg, with extreme care, after 24 hours resting in the cellar for natural cooling of the grapes. They were gently pressed, fermenting at low temperature for 30 days

Tasting-Notes

It has light pink in color, very fine and elegant bubble. In the mouth it is fresh with vivifying acidity, leaving an exquisite and prolonged flavor
