Vinifikation

The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with a day of pre-maceration and two days of fermentation. Made from reserve wines selected by its intense fruit and color.

Cottas Ruby Port Reserve is characterized by its softness and evident fruity character, especially blueberries.
