Hand selected by grape, destemmed, and the typical foot treading in traditional lagares where fermented for one week at a temperature of 24° C. The malolactic fermentationwas made in a mix of new and old French oak casks

Forest berries, some vegetal aromas, characteristic from the “terroir”, and minerality that gives a very long and fresh finish. Still young, but ready to drink
