Full grapes pressing followed by decanting and fermentation in used barrels, without climate control. Rest with batonnage until April.

Tasting-Notes

"Sit a ripe fruit and a hint of resin. Good volume in mouth, slight acidity but this is certainly a wine to the table for good seasoning dishes. May improve with time in bottle"
