Vinifikation

Total destemming and joint fermentation in small vats using mechanical tread. Malo-lactic fermentation followed by rest in second year barrels for up to 12 months.

Very aromatic, full of notes of wild berries, light floral touch, good notes vegetables. Surrounding the mouth with notes of cocoa, a set and cool, elegant and very refined
