Vinifikation

After decanting, fermentation in climate controlled tanks. In certain vintages, small part fermented in barrels. Rest over fine lees.

"With 90% Sauvignon Blanc, the grape is a barely noticeable the slight aroma but very clean. More expressive in the mouth, bodied, with fresh hints of apple and peach, balanced and attractive."
