Vinifikation

The grapes are carefully chosen and fermented in marble tanks with controlled temperatu-re. The wine then goês thru a long maceration “sur lies” in vats. The malolactic fermetation occurres in big french oak vats

Tasting-Notes

Deep red. colour. Complex aroma with fruit liquor and spices. Concentrated with good stucture balanced with nice acidity. Long and elegante finish
