The grapes were cooled down over night and then slowly fermented ata temperature of 25ºC in mainly horizontal “vinimatics”. Partially maturation in French barriques before bottling

Tasting-Notes

Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and spices, pleasantly balanced with truffles. On the palate an additional composition of berries that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness
